Some admit to it and some don’t, but it’s clear that many famous people like Rourke have altered their faces (and bodies) in ways nature never intended. Looking at his recent pictures and comparing them with his suave looks in the 91/2 weeks movie with Kim Basinger in the 80’s, you would think he had gone too far.

Rourke, is one few celebrities who probably went to a wrong doctor to have his face altered, ended looking gross than his usual self.
Rourke is a former boxer who made the ring his limelight after getting scarce projects for being an alcoholic and substance addict. His absence in Hollywood movies, perhaps made him slump to the wall and think of reconstructive surgery to make a pass in the movies again. Other say, his boxing scars and injuries made him consider reconstructive surgery.
But what exactly went wrong here? I can tell Mickey Rourke had more than the usual lifts, what terrifies me is his cheeks, it looks unnatural and messy. It is sad to see Rourke now, he was a sex symbol, too handsome at one time and now he looks like a train wreck. His face could end up in one of those classic episodes of Twilight Zone where everyone has a pig snout.
The biggest problem with plastic surgery gone wrong is the fact that it can have a severely damaging effect on a movie star in the case of Mickey Rourke such is true.
His comeback although made headlines, winning an Oscar for “The Wrestler” and portraying Iron Man’s nemesis, but it can’t be denied his face looked awful onscreen that he could end up getting the bad roles instead of the good ones. Mickey Rourke is just among the many celebrities had way too much work done and all but destroyed his face.
Mickey looks dreadful. He should have just let his face age naturally. Or have more subtle work done. Face lifts on men are just so obvious!
