Procedures that require you to go under the knife must be well thought-out.  All important factors should be considered.  It involves risk, money and time.  So are you really ready for a Plastic Surgery?  Find out by asking yourself these basic probing questions:

1. My looks are important to me.  But what’s my purpose? Is it… just to achieve good looks, to build confidence or to be cosmetically competitive?

2. What is the main area of concern on my body?

3. What are the significant experiences in my life that have led me to consider plastic surgery as a means to improve my looks, health, and well-being?

4. How much is the cost of the Plastic Surgery Procedure in which I’m Interested?  Can I afford it?

5. To address my aesthetic concerns, have I researched about my options or consulted a doctor?

6. For how long have I been considering getting plastic surgery?

7. Is my partner completely encouraging and supporting me?  Or is he/she apprehensive about the procedure?

Answer these questions on your own, in a quite place where you can really be honest with yourself and be able to dig deep down inside.  Be introspective and own every decision you make and every responsibility that comes with it.

When you’re sure of every word you’ve written, take your answers to your doctor for assessment.
